Please take a moment to log into the SOA website (https://nycsoa.com/) using the first initial of you first name plus the first initial of your last name plus the last 6 digits of your social security number as both your Username and Password.  For example, if your name is John Smith and your social security number is 123-45-6789, you would use js456789 for your credentials.
